# How do I activate my account?

When you create an account with MASSOLIT, an activation email is sent to the email address used to create the account. You will need to follow the instructions in this email to activate your account.

 

(This is not the case when signing up via [SSO](https://support.massolit.io/single-sign-on?hsLang=en))

 

If you have not received this email, you may need to [whitelist email notifications](https://support.massolit.io/whitelisting-email-notifications-from-massolit?hsLang=en) from MASSOLIT.
