# Whitelisting email notifications from MASSOLIT

If you are struggling to receive email notifications from MASSOLIT, you might need to whitelist our email domain. 

 

For school and college subscriptions, please contact your IT Department and ask them to whitelist the following domain:

mail.massolit.io

 

For private subscribers, please add the following email addresses to your safe senders list (or equivalent):
