# Reasons why a free trial request can be denied

There are several reasons that we might reject a free trial request. Some of the most common are:

 

1. You are a student. Free trial requests have to be made by a member of staff.
2. You are a teacher but you used your personal email address. Please use your school or college email address.
3. Your school’s last free trial expired less than six months ago, or you have had the maximum number of free trials.
