Assignments

What is an Assignment?

Assignments enable Admins and Teachers to create a list of lectures (from any number of courses) and assign them to a class or group of users. The creator of the Assignment can then review each student's progress. 

Creating an Assignment

Click on My School/Tools > Assignments Manager > Create New Assignment

Provide a name for your assignment, and if helpful write a description, then pick the start and due dates. Click NEXT to start adding lectures and students to the assignment.

Sending Assignment Notifications

When you have finished configuring your Assignment, you can send a notification to relevant users by email. Go to the Assignments Manager and click the three little dots to the right of your Assignment and select Notify Students.

Note: an in-app notification is sent to students automatically via the little bell icon in the top right corner when logged in.
