Via a conventional login
Upon opening the MASSOLIT mobile app, users will be prompted to enter their username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgotten Password button and enter your email address – we will then send you an email containing a link to log you into the app.
Don't yet have a login? Follow the link to 'Sign up here' – you'll then have a choice between setting up a login on your school's MASSOLIT subscription or creating a new private subscription.
Via Magic Link
You can also request a magic link. Selecting this option will send you an email to your registered email inbox. Open this email and click the link found within, this will redirect you back to the app and sign you in.
Schools or Colleges that access the site via SSO will need to sign in via the magic link option each time they wish to use the mobile app.
