Renewals, cancellations and refunds

By default, school and college subscriptions automatically renew each year. The renewal confirmation is made two months prior to the expiry date of your current subscription – we do this to avoid disruptions in access. We will send an email notification that your subscription is soon to renew and give you the opportunity to opt out of your automatic renewal.

 

When your subscription renews, we will send an invoice payable within 30 days. Should payment not arrive, your access to MASSOLIT will be turned off and your subscription renewal will be cancelled.

 

Example subscription cycle:

Subscription start: 1 Sept 2015
Subscription renewal notice: 1 June 2016 (30-day opt-out period starts)
Subscription renewal confirmation: 1 July 2016
Renewal payment due: 1 August 2016
Subscription restarts: 1 Sept 2016

 

In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do not accept late cancellations (i.e. after payment has been made, and subscription started), nor do we offer refunds part-way through a subscription. For further help and information please contact finance@massolit.io
