If you have any issues with our CSV Import tool, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you are using our CSV template. You can download the file here.
- When you have updated the template with the list of users you wish to import, be sure to save the file as .csv (not .xls(x) or any other spreadsheet filetype).
- Try importing <200 users at a time to avoid the webpage timing out.
