There are several reasons that we might reject a free trial request. Some of the most common are:
- You are a student. Free trial requests have to be made by a member of staff.
- You are a teacher but you used your personal email address. Please use your school or college email address.
- Your school’s last free trial expired less than six months ago, or you have had the maximum number of free trials.
