CSV Import Troubleshooting
If you have any issues with our CSV Import tool, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you are using our CSV template. You can download the file here.
- When you have updated the template with the list of users you wish to import, be sure to save the file as .csv (not .xls(x) or any other spreadsheet file type).
- Try importing less than 200 users at a time to avoid the webpage timing out.
